Exchanges and Returns

EXCHANGE

We will happily exchange merchandise that you are not completely satisfied with within 14 days of receipt. Contact us to make arrangements and obtain exchange authorization.

We can only accept returns and exchanges of merchandise that has not been washed, worn or used, with original tags still intact. There are no returns on merchandise that is purchased on sale or clearance or panties or fabric that retains scents - these items are final purchase.

  • Customer will assume the cost of shipping returns and exchanges.

RETURNS

DAMAGED

If you receive a package that is damaged, please take photographs of the shipping box and the damaged item. Contact us immediately (but no later than 7 days) and we will make arrangements to replace that item.
