Belle Dress

The belle of the party, this dress will turn heads.  The simple flattering lines are accented with a moderate bell sleeve that has a tonal stripe under sleeve peeping out. Classic with a twist! Nice scoop neck, bell bottom sleeve with contrast stripe falls just below the elbow.  Dress falls just above the knee.
