Exchanges and Returns

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your merchandise, contact us within 7 days of delivery to obtain return authorization.

We can only accept returns and exchanges of merchandise that has not been washed, worn or used, with original tags still intact. There are no returns on merchandise that is purchased on sale, clearance, intimate apparel, or fabric that has retained scents (perfumes)- these items are final purchase. 

 

  • Please be sure to obtain tracking numbers on your return package.
  • Items that are lost in the mail cannot be our responsibility.
  • Customer will assume the cost of shipping returns and exchanges.
  • The original cost of shipping will not be refunded.
  • Returns may take 1-2 days to process.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.

EXCHANGE

We will happily exchange merchandise that you are not completely satisfied with within 14 days of delivery. Contact us to make arrangements and obtain exchange authorization.

Please be sure to obtain tracking number on your return package.

 DAMAGED

If you receive a package that is damaged, please take photographs of the shipping box and the damaged item. Contact us immediately (but no later than 3 days) and we will make arrangements to replace that item.
